Eliza Flora Jorgenson

I’m Eliza, a sculptor and printmaker based in the Twin Cities. I recently graduated with my BFA from University of Wisconsin-Stout. My art practice revolves around considering communication and how my own culture and experience impacts others. 

The way we are in the world seams to continually seep into the worlds of those around us. I have been researching ways to introduce unsuspecting materials into our space via installation, sculpture, and printmaking, to touch on the “seepage” of art into the minds of others. I strive to create spaces for artists of all shape and form to be heard and feel at home. There is so much out in the world to be discovered and experienced; how one consumes art is a way to bring many worlds together through a collective experience.
